Elegant Stamped 18K Gold Heart And Stethescope Necklace (Not Tested)

I bought it not knowing if it is or isn't 18K This type of necklace is often given as a gift to medical professionals, students, or those in related fields, symbolizing their dedication and care.  This could be 18K but it also could be 18K plated stainless steel or 18K gold plated brass. I have no way of knowing as it hasn't been tested. If it is 18K gold you are getting a bargain. It has a c-clasp that works as it should. The pendant measures 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/4 inch tall. It is in excellent condition. There is no wear. I do not believe this vintage. The only mark is the 18K on the tag by the clasp. There are no makers marks.I don't see any wear. Still a beautiful piece for anyone in the medical field. Reference: Box 1
