Elegant Silvertone Torque

This elegant silver torque adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit. Perfect for any occasion. About 15" interior circumference, about 3.25" opening, you shimmy into it. I can get it on my 15" neck. Small wear in a couple places. I am unsure of material. Not silver. Not magnetic. Not aluminum core. Perhaps brass core, but so heavy!
