Elegant Silvertone Crystal Flower Or Snowflake Brooch By Lia Sophia

This stunning silvertone brooch features a beautiful flower design adorned with sparkling crystals. Perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any outfit. Lia Sophia silver-toned brooch, featuring a snowflake or floral design adorned with clear rhinestones. The brooch has a central, larger round rhinestone surrounded by six "petals" or arms, each embellished with clusters of smaller rhinestones. All rhinestones are present. Dates to about 2004 when they started using Lia Sophia. So the brooch is about 21 years old. Lia Sophia was a direct sales jewelry company that operated from 1972 until it closed in 2015. The brand was originally named Act II Jewelry before being renamed Lady Remington, and later Lia Sophia in 2004. The company marketed its jewelry through independent sales representatives and was recognized for its trendy designs and relatively affordable prices.  If cleaning is needed, it's important to handle the brooch with care. Costume jewelry can be cleaned gently using a soft cloth. For more stubborn tarnish, a solution of warm water, baking soda, and salt with aluminum foil can be used. The jewelry should be rinsed and dried thoroughly after cleaning.  It is in excellent condition with no wear noted but there are hints of tarnish in areas from handling and being stored.
