This relaxed-fit Retrology short-sleeved blouse is highlighted with a faux crystal neckline and a large keyhole opening. It’s like you’re getting a free necklace WITH your beautiful new blouse. 😉 Actually, it’s not separate, rather the three-row strip of tiny sparkly crystals are sewn (maybe glued) onto the material at the neckline. A great idea! New with tags - in excellent condition. The material is lightweight with an interesting texture (almost like slub knit). It’s somewhat of a tunic length, and the cute front twist at the bottom adds a touch of charm. The bottom 3” bottom border finishes the look. Obviously, it’s meant to wear untucked, over practically ANY color skirt, slacks, shorts or jeans.
