Elegant Red and Black Ice Skating Dress Costume

Custom made red and black rhinestone tutu style ice-skating dress/dance costume. Custom-made to be about a women’s size 4/6 or a women’s size small. Very stretchy so lots of give for different proportions and sizes. Never worn unfortunately but it is absolutely stunning.
