Elegant Off-Shoulder Green Evening Gown

This dress is new with tags. I think it would be perfect for Halloween or cosplay (but the quality isn't quite there for a formal event in my opinion). I bought it to try the dress maker and love it but decided it was not appropriate for a formal. It is true to size for a size 2. Let me know if there are questions!
