Elegant Navy Blue Halter dress

Elegant navy blue dress worn when I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. There is a strap for around the next, sleeveless and an open back. Dress looks really nice on but is a bit hard to photograph. They also measured wrong so it says size 12 but it was resized to about an 8. I put an extreme discount since I know that’s an odd thing.
