Antique Chinese Qing Champleve Bronze Vase. (W)3in. x (H)4.5in. A beautiful and well-preserved piece of quality Bronze was forged to create this stunning Antique Vase. Online records indicate this Antique is Chinese in origin, and has an approximate date of production set at or around the year (1890). The Vase is comprised of a: quality, thick, dark, Bronze; with etched patterns. The exterior of the Vase is richly decorated in an embossed, Champleve, enamel. The Champleve is truly a testament to the discipline & artistic capabilities of the Chinese Metalist; as well as to the cultural influences of the (late) Qing Dynasty. The Champleve enameling is intact & flows in a continuous pattern.
