Elegant Mid-century Wedding Dress with Long Train

I have pretty much no experience with sizing, but I think this may be a size 4 tall. Measurements: Shoulders are open so you get lots of flexibility there, looking at 15-19" across. That would be edge of your right shoulder to edge of left. There is some room for bust I could not get accurate measurement but waist is 13" across. At the hip you're looking at 20" across. From bottom of neck to where the dress hits the floor you're at 58" with heels on Looks like it would fit a 5'6"-6'2" lady. Kind
