Elegant Light Blue Pleated Maxi Dress

Stunning light blue pleated maxi dress. Perfect for special occasions. I hemmed it to fit up top more of an XS - but it’s VERY FORGIVING fabric, very stretchy. It has one of those clear elastic tacky bands on the top of the boob area so it sticks to your skin to keep it from falling Also hemmed for 5’2 with heels to TOUCH the floor, so still will fit a taller girl just fine :)
