Elegant Light Blue Chiffon Dress

This is a vintage dress I purchased years ago at an antique mall. The outer layer is a delicate chiffon with a fine lace at the hem. Waist measures 30”, bust measures 35”. No stains or rips. The sewing quality of this item is very high, this is an item meant to last for years and years. The tag says size 16 but this item is not stretchy, so please check your measurements with what is listed above.
