Elegant Lace and Tulle Kids Dress in White and Blue. New with tags

This beautiful kids dress features a delicate lace bodice and a flowing tulle skirt. The elegant white and blue colors make it perfect for special occasions. The picture shows long sleeve but they look more like 3/4. The back and arms are just lace and it may need to be steamed, it’s been packed in a box for a little while but smells good 😊
