Elegant Gold 18k/925 and Genuine Peridot With Diamond Accents Pendant Necklace. The peridot appears to be about 6 cm. The spring ring clasp is marked 925, pictured. The peridot is the August birthstone. When I removed this vintage necklace from its card, two things were noted. First. the exposed parts of the chain and clasp are tarnished, pictured. Second, the remainder of the chain was still sealed in a plastic glued envelope, indicating this necklace was never worn. Also, the sealed chain is still a shiny gold. The necklace chain is 18". I did use liquid jewelry cleaner to see if the tarnish would come off the chain but noted no change.
