Elegant Floral Patterned Dress with Bow

Vintage dress featuring a floral damask-like pattern and a stylish bow at the neck. Has pockets. Purchased in 2012 as my "backup" wedding dress, in case the real one wasn't ready on time. Has tears on the left shoulder (see photos), but I was assured by the person I bought it from that a seamstress could fix them. No clue if that is true. The dress is very elegant, and would work as a party dress or a wedding dress (maybe for a vintage style wedding?) I was a size 12 when I bought the dress. I've never worn it. It has NO TAGS at all, so I don't know the material or washing instructions (I assume dry clean only). Waist is approximately 30" Bust is between 32" and 34" Best I can do beyond this description is measure, and I will if you are interested. Since I paid $80 for it, and I'm selling it for $20, please request more detailed measurements only if you're REALLY interested.
