Elegant Dark Green Velour Gown

Luxurious dark green velour dress with chiffon halter neck ties that can be tied in different styles! No size tag but I’d guess a 10-12. Part of the fabric at the bodice has little prints ( smallish little dents almost) which are pictured at the last slide. I’m not sure if they can be fluffed back up. Maybe could try a dry cleaner.
