Elegant Cream and Tan Polka Dot, Vintage Skirt

Vintage polka dot skirt. High waisted, with button and zip closure . Lined and comfortable. I’m not sure the fabric, it says 💯 percent but can’t read the tag unfortunately. It may be silk but I can’t say 100 percent. Feels like silk but.. as I said I can’t guarantee.The button stitch is coming out. Will need to be re stitched but otherwise amazing condition. No stains or tears. 13 inch waist 31 inches long
