While there is some minor rust on a few sections, a simple application of spray paint in your preferred color would easily restore it to a like-new condition. I originally purchased it for flower picking but never had the opportunity to use it. It is quite substantial and capable of holding a variety of items. Material content: metal The color is cream to white. It has very minor rust that needs to be cleaned or simply spray painted any color that you wish; it has very little rust.
