Elegant Blue Tie-Dye Spaghetti Strap Dress

for sale is a mini blue metallic dress from forever 21's mermaid collection. the dress has been discontinued by the company/manufacturer and is considered rare. The dress is brand new with tags. I apologize for the sideways pictures because I didn't take them sideways and they are right side up on my phone. the size says 3x but, it looks more like a 2X. from my experience with forever 21 their clothing tends to run a little smaller.
