Elegant Blue Halter Neck Dress

Step out in style with this stunning blue halter neck dress. Perfect for any occasion, this dress features a sleek design and a flattering fit. Ideal for making a statement. Reposhing: was sold to me as NWT but it smelled like perfume and as if had been worn already. There were also stains across the skirt that were more significant than the posting showed. I’ve added pics of the stains, although I suppose not noticeable due to pleating. I got it dry cleaned when received it and they tried to remove stains to no avail. Also, wasn’t a super flattering fit on me (short and large chest) so I have not worn it.
