Elegant Black and White Houndstooth Dress or Coat

The sleeve cuff is foldable, and the stitching has been removed on one arm and is intact on the other arm. The third snap closure down was loose, and it was reattached. The stitching of the snap closure that was reattached is visible in the last picture. In the 10th picture a small stain is captured and it is on a part that fastens inward so the stain isnt visible from the exterior. Laid out flat armpit to armpit it is about 17in. From shoulder to the sleeve cuff it is about 23in. From shoulder to hem it is about 40in. Color may vary as pictures were taken with and without flash.
