Elegant Black Strapless Silk Chiffon Dress

This elegant black strapless dress was altered to be a dress instead of a very long skirt. There are three tiers of beautiful chiffon. The top tier was used for the top of the dress and has boning to support the structure of the dress. It turned out so well and was my go to fancy dress. It hits just above the ankle and is extremely comfortable and flattering. I will update with measurements.
