Elegant Black Ruched Skirt Set

Two cute black ruched skirts. Both size Small. Both are stretchy. The shorter one has textured fabric. The tie can be let out for an even hemline. The longer one is a smoother weave. The slit can be lengthened a little by letting out the tie, but there is still an elegant slit in the skirt even at full length. Measurements are pictured. Allergy: We have puppies.
