Elegant Black Dress

Stunning black velvet cocktail dress with a strappy open back and pretty tubular sequins. Side zipper. Niteline by Della Roufogali Size 8, but sizes have changed since the 80s, so please look at measurements. You won't have to worry about someone showing up in the same dress as you with this vintage beauty. I've owned it since about 1986. Excellent pre-owned condition.
