Fully lined, slip on. Polyester spandex offers some stretch and no need to dry clean. Easy hand wash and hang dry. Measurements are as follows. Dress pit to pit 18” with a good inch or two of stretch. 41”from top to bottom. The jacket is 19” pit to pit and drops down 16” from the shoulders.
