Electric Blue Express Brand Stretch Capri Pants, size 13/14, from early 2000’s

I bought these electric blue Express Capri style pants back in the early 2000’s. I wore them with my Steve Madden style platform shoes that are coming back in style. I love how you can wear a belt with these pants. They were my favorite going out pants in my wardrobe in my club days lol. Sometimes I would dress them up with a button down top. Still have a great color to them after 20 years. Seams are still in good shape.
