Elastic Tiered Miniskirt

I love that this skirt is rideable so I can wear chamois shorts under it but still look normie when I'm off the bike. However, all my vacation pics I'm wearing the same skirt! Time to get something new. 100% soft rayon, no stains or holes. 2 belt loops are great for anything on a carabiner.
