Elan dressy top. Silky material. The bottom waistband is elastic, with elastic around wrists. The sleeves are a bloused look with a thinner band seperating top and bottom. Buttons are cloth, with a 1/4 of the neckline eyelits in either side of the V neck. Colors black, magenta, purple, red, and pink with a silver glittery pinstripe running through. VERY PRETTY!
