Elan dress light blue with flowers

Spring dress in lightweight chiffon. Light blue background with white flowers that have cinnamon colored centers, brown stems and leaves. A bit of light grey added which adds a shadow effect. Tie strings at V neck. Flounce sleeves with elastic wide bands at wrists. Elastic wide band at waist. Ruffle bottom at hemline. Lined in light blue chiffon.
