Elan Black lace off or on shoulder dress, lined

Beautiful on or off the shoulder lace dress in black. Sleeves are gorgeous. I wear one of these and get soooo many compliments every time. Wear year round, alone or even with leggings. So easy to wear and beautiful. Fully lined except for sleeves. Medium measures 18.5 pit to pit and large is 20. Length down the middle is 29 on both. New but no tags as I purchased a set of these that were packaged together. Medium weight, not see through.
