Elan 2 piece matching set- pants & off the shoulder top

The perfect summer 2 piece set! Color: blue and white pin striped. Pants are flowy with a slit in the front. Top is off the shoulder with a band across the shoulders that holds it in place. The waist band and shoulder band have pink/ orange detailed stitching. Super cute- worn only once! In great condition!
