2 Pairs (black and beige) of Backless, Strapless, Reusable, padded bras. Practically invisable and excellent grip. Includes 2 pack nipple shields (4) in beige and extra adhesive tape. I am a 38C and this size works great for me. I do feel it's a tiny bit big for my breast's so I think it would work great for a D cup.
