Elaborate Ltd Ed SOIL & WATER Conservation Buckle w TOOLED Belt

This is a 1985, No. 960 of a limited edition, heavy pewter belt buckle honoring 50 years of progress by the US Soil and Water Conservation. The design is intricate, featuring pine trees, streams, mountains, flocks of birds and men on horseback held in a loving hand. On the back of the buckle is a brief history of the organization and the engraved limited edition number. The belt itself is hand-tooled cowhide with silver lacing. "ROXIE" is engraved on the back. It is a Mallory belt and the punch holes will accommodate waist sizes 28" - 34". All in perfect condition.
