Purchased at El Interior Boutique in Austin, Texas, this El Interior blouse is made in Mexico, hand-embroidered, and is 100% cotton. It does have some obvious pilling that I try to capture in the photos listed and is in worn condition reflected in the price. I bet there’s a way to give this unique piece new life!
