This is an Eileen Fisher Biat Neck Tunic in deep terracotta or rust color with slits at the hem, made from 89% Tencel Lyocell and 11% elastane. Size is medium with a lot of stretch. See measurements I think it would fit a smaller medium if you want it a bit loose. Like new condition
