Is the length 23” measured fr the highest point of shoulder?

@mai2180 Hi, it measures a little over 23” from where the shoulder seam meets the top of the arm hole seam and 24” from where the shoulder seam meets the collar. I’m 5’7” and it hit’s approximately 8” below my waist.
