@rgpadr I'm so sorry I missed your previous comment! Bust size on EF XS dresses is 34.5-35.5". I'll measure the dress tomorrow and post the exact size then (can't do it tonight, sorry).

@rgpadr Measured it: 16.5” across laying flat, will stretch 1 or 2 inches easily.
