Eight Side Flat Cut Decanter with Wrong Stopper # 21841

This is a very clean, very pretty, round decanter that has eight flat cut sides and a too small, too yellow, stopper that is broken on the bottom. The decanter has no cuts or decoration other than the flat cut shapes and neck. The decanter measures 10.50 inches tall and is 12.75 inches to the top of the included stopper. It is 5 1/8 inches across the base. Weight is three pounds, eleven ounces. I have not found any markings yet, but the base is scratched and scuffed. The stopper is too small, too yellow and has an odd indent on one side-which I was not able to get a decent picture of.
