It is a natural material that is highly breathable, because of the wools ability to transport the moisture away from the skin. That is also the reason why these sneakers will not easily get smelly. Both merino wool and EVA are light-weight materials. Therefore, egos sneakers weigh less compared to most other sneakers. Wool is, by nature, highly water repellent. Therefore, egos sneakers are more water repellent compared to sneakers made from traditional synthetic material. Merino wool is dirt resistant, but if your egos sneakers becomes dirty, they can be washed in the washing machine, at temperature of 30 degrees (wool wash program).
