This Effie's Heart dress is a size 3x - measurements in photos. There is a fair bit of stretch to the fabric and the sash is attached on each side and can be tied in the front or the back of the dress. Pockets!! The skirt gives the appearance of a crinoline peeking out but it is sewn on to the bottom of the skirt as a trim (no itchy layers.) Coming from a dog-friendly, non-smoking home.
