This is a lovely dress by Effie’s Heart. It’s been well loved with lots of little stains, discolorations & a few tiny pinholes. Hence the price. It’s wearable & the fabric is strong, and despite the stains it shows well. It has cap sleeves, nipped waist, full hips, loop detail on collar & fun button print. Color is a pale blue/grey color & buttons are a faint chalk green color. Very muted overall look. Size is Large
