Had this been worn? Their website says a small fits ~24”/25” waist, would you say that’s true to this sizing?

@rachaelrutsky yes this is worn once and stretchy, I would say it fits closer to a size 26 or 4 size small. It’s also hemmed to floor length 5’8 and the strap shortened
