Edwardian era dressing table set by one of the best loved Staffordshire potteries in its day, the pattern name for these swags and bouquets of flowers on a peach blush and ivory ground is “Spring”.
Fieldings floral patterns on this ivory ground came to be known as Blushware later Crown Devon Blushware. You’ll notice an RD number in the back stamp hard to read, but should say 653216 which is the British design registry number for this pattern
The backstamp shows an intermediary trade name, Devon Ware, which was a name they used for a short time before adopting the brand Crown Devon, which helps to date the piece to the period 1917 through mid 1920s and the very height of the Downton Abbey era
Candlesticks do have some damage as you can see in the pictures. I got information on these pieces from an antique dealer he said that the set would have a retail price of about $450 but with the damage it would be less than that, the candlesticks are fixable if someone would like to have that done.
