Spine has neat seam split (top and bottom seams are intact). name handwritten on back cover. Record has been cleaned and appears VG+ with few superficial markings visible that do not seem to affect play. Record spot plays clean and clear Records are graded on visual inspection. Any questionable areas are spot play tested and commented on above. They have not been played all the way through.
