Reposhing this item I purchased from @singinjulz. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Stunning navy blue and gray maxi dress. Sheer arms, body is fully lined with navy lining. Lightweight and elegant. Waist is quite stretchy- so these measurements are taken flat. Billowy arms and princess neckline will make you feel like the belle of the ball! Dress it up or down. GUC. A couple of minor pulls- not noticeable.
