New with tags on. Elegant black vest by Edie Parker. Sleek and versatile design. One size fits all. Armholes and shawl collar…it’s like a vest/cape/shawl. I bought it in a weak moment at a boutique and have never worn it. Marks in last photo are just from the clip I used to keep it from falling off the hammer.
