This waterproof breathable hooded jacket has secured zipper side pockets. A toggle pull goes around the bottom hem to keep out bad a weather. The entire inside lining is a breathable fabric. There is a picture of where the hood can roll into the collar and velcro in place. There is also a toggle to pull the hood close over the head. In addition to the zipper there are Velcro tabs running up on either side of the zipper. The collar is high.The end of the sleeve is elastic.
