Eddie Bauer Vintage Corduroy Navy Blue Maxi Skirt Button Front Tag 28" Waist This skirt is in very good condition with no stains or tears. Please note the size tag is a vintage 12 but this will NOT fit a modern day 12. I wear a modern day 10 and this is too small on me. The waist measures 28 inches lying flat. It does fit high on the waist, but there is no stretch. I would say this fits closer to a modern day 6 but please check measurements.
