Panels on the side are a different color and the rest is blue. Measurements taken while laying flat: 19 1/4” pit to pit, 28” from top of shoulder to hem, sleeves about 17 1/2” from pit to cuff. 95% cotton, 5% spandex. Has some wear and pilling from washing. Otherwise in good condition.
