New, not used small Dog, Cat or small animals carrier, size is 15” long, 9” high and 6-7” wide. I would say 10lbs or less, but check the dimensions for your animal size. Pockets on outside and inside. There is a pad on the inside also. This is not leather. This is new/old stock so might have some rub marks here and there.
