Ecote Urban Outfitters off the shoulder white top

Light and swingy off the shoulder top from urban outfitters. Elastic around the neckline. Very comfy-like wearing a plain white tee shirt! Can be worn over the shoulders as well, tucked into high waisted jeans or loose over a skirt. Dressed up or down. I always got a lot of compliments when I wore this but haven’t reached for it in a long time. Would fit a wide range of sizes. I’m normally a medium but this fit comfortably.
